Counselors also ready the facilities for operation, by performing minor repair and upkeep work.
Ideal candidates are energetic, top-notch students who possess a strong work ethic. Counselors must be enthusiastic and understanding of quality guest services. In addition, counselors must be professional. The job is to provide Family Camp Brosius guests with an unforgettable, enjoyable camp experience, this is the “Brosius Way.” Overall guest satisfaction is the goal each counselor strives to attain.
