Reservation Policies

Reservations for Camp Brosius 2012 will be accepted starting August 15, 2011, by telephone (317-274-0606***) or online.

Priority reservations for all last year’s returning guests will be offered until 9 a.m. on January 6, 2012.

After January 6, general reservations will open, and upgrades/different accommodations/new guest registrations will be done based on time of reservation and accommodations available. You do not need to be affiliated with Indiana University to attend Camp Brosius.

For returning guests, as in past years, the condition for priority is based on your same accommodations as last year. A refundable deposit (up until January 6) of $150 per person is required to hold your reservation. The balance is due in full at least 60 days prior to your arrival date.

Families reserving cottages will be charged for the minimum occupancy of five people in the three-bedroom cottages (Rappaport, Kellum House and Stecher) and seven people in the four-bedroom cottages (Row’s End, Kin Koop and Hickory). Those wishing to stay in the Annex or a cabin need a minimum occupancy of two people (the Cabent needs a minimum of four people).

Cancellations
If you need to cancel your reservations, deposits are refundable up until January 6, 2012. After January 6, deposits become non-refundable.

Early Arrival
Saturday at 10 a.m. marks the end of each family camp week. From Saturday at 10 a.m. until Sunday at 1 p.m. (check-in for the following week), staff are busy preparing for the next week. Because of this, we ask that campers not arrive until 1 p.m. on Sunday, when full camp services begin for the new week.

Should guests arrive prior to 1 p.m. on Sunday, there is no guarantee that accommodations will be ready. If for some reason guests must arrive on Saturday evening and need lodging Saturday night, a $100 per person charge will be assessed. Please note, though, that this only entitles guests to lodging and does not include any meals or programming prior to 1 p.m. on Sunday. If you plan on doing this, we would appreciate knowing in advance.
